What you'll do
- Answer calls and messages for a US practice
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Handle new client intake and paperwork
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Keep records organized in the practice's EHR
What we're looking for
- Clear, friendly spoken and written English
- Customer service or healthcare admin experience
- A background in nursing, psychology, or healthcare is a plus
- Able to work US business hours
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
