Where are your assistants located?
Our assistants are based in the Philippines and work your business hours. Many have backgrounds in healthcare, nursing, or psychology, and all complete our HIPAA and mental health practice training before they start.
What if my assistant isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll find you a new match at no cost. That promise applies to every plan.
Which EHR systems do you work with?
We train your Friday on the system you already use, including common platforms like SimplePractice and TherapyNotes. Tell us what you use on your fit call.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. Every client signs a BAA with us before their assistant has access to any patient information.
What happens if I cancel the 6-month agreement early?
You can cancel with 30 days notice. If you cancel before six months, the one-time $299 onboarding fee is due at that time.
Does my practice's Medicaid work affect this?
It can. Some state Medicaid managed care contracts limit access to patient data from outside the United States. If your practice bills Medicaid, we'll talk it through on your fit call so you can decide what tasks make sense.
Do assistants handle anything clinical?
No. Front Desk Friday provides administrative support only. Anything clinical goes straight to your team.
